Sakaja Reshuffles Nairobi County Leadership, Moves Mosiria from Environment Docket
Geoffrey Mosiria, previously active in the Environment docket, has been reassigned to Citizen Engagement and Customer Service
Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has announced a reshuffle of County Chief Officers, reallocating several leaders to new dockets in line with Section 45(5) of the County Governments Act, 2012, which empowers the governor to reassign county officers
Ten Chief Officers were affected in the changes, with some receiving expanded mandates
Geoffrey Mosiria, previously active in the Environment docket, has been reassigned to Citizen Engagement and Customer Service
Hibrahim Otieno will now take over as the new Environment CCO, handing his former Medical Facilities role to Sande Gyolo

Clement Rapudo—popularly known as Clemos from his renowned music production career and co-founding Calif Records moves from City Culture, Arts and Tourism to the Smart Nairobi docket, which oversees county ICT and e-services
A swap also took place between Godfrey Akumali and Lydia Mathia, with Akumali moving to Housing and Urban Renewal and Mathia taking over Business and Hustler Opportunities
Gyolo, formerly CCO for Digital Economy and Start-ups, has been replaced in that role by Wilson Gakuya, who previously led Smart Nairobi
