At the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani, First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto joined the Joyful Women organisation to celebrate its 16th anniversary

The First Lady praised the initiative’s remarkable impact and reiterated the government’s commitment to empowering all citizens nationwide, particularly women, through financial support and programs that enable them to start, grow, and scale businesses
