Safaricom upgrades My One App to enhance digital experience

Safaricom has released an updated version of its My One App on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, introducing new features aimed at improving ease of use and overall customer experience.
The update brings back the “Favourites” tab in the transactions section, allowing users to conveniently save and access frequently used contacts. The “Frequents” feature has also been enhanced to provide quicker access to commonly used applications.
To improve convenience, Safaricom has also refined the login experience by reducing frequent logouts. Users can now remain logged in on Wi-Fi after their initial sign-in without affecting account security.
