EPRA said the prices are inclusive of the 16 per cent Value Added Tax (VAT), in line with the Finance Act 2023, the Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2024 and revised excise duty rates adjusted for inflation under Legal Notice No. 194 of 2020

According to EPRA, the average landed cost of imported super petrol declined by 4.25 per cent, from USD 619.14 per cubic metre in October 2025 to USD 592.84 per cubic metre in November 2025
However, the landed cost of diesel increased by 3.02 per cent, rising from USD 635.05 per cubic metre to USD 654.24 per cubic metre over the same period
Kerosene recorded the sharpest increase, with its average landed cost rising by 5.52 per cent from USD 632.16 to USD 667.05 per cubic metre
Despite the mixed trends in global fuel costs, EPRA opted to maintain current pump prices for the December review period
