Mystery Death: 59-Year-Old Man Found Dead in Locked Muhoroni Home

Police in Muhoroni subcounty are investigating the mysterious death of a 59-year-old man whose body was discovered inside his locked house in Magere Estate, Chemelil

Neighbours alerted authorities after noticing a foul smell coming from the house, prompting police to force entry

Inside, they found the deceased, identified as Moses Odenyi, lying lifeless on his bed

Police confirmed that a preliminary physical examination revealed no visible injuries, though the strong odor suggested that he may have died several days earlier

Neighbours told investigators that Odenyi was last seen entering his home on Saturday evening

His body has been taken to Othoo Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination to determine the cause of death
