Cledun Realtors Unveils KSh50K Black November Plot Discount

Cledun Realtors has unveiled its Black November property deals, offering prospective land buyers discounts of up to KSh50,000 as the real estate company seeks to make land ownership more affordable ahead of the end of 2026.

Under the promotion, buyers purchasing plots at Wema Court Phase II, the company’s project of the month, will enjoy a KSh50,000 discount, with the price reduced from KSh650,000 to KSh600,000.

The company has also announced a KSh10,000 cashback offer for customers making cash purchases across its other property projects.

In the announcement, Cledun Realtors encouraged Kenyans who have not yet acquired land to take advantage of the limited-period offers before the year ends.

“Mwaka usiishe ukiwa bado huna ploti,” the company stated, urging prospective buyers to make land ownership one of their priorities before the end of the year.

The Black November campaign comes as property developers continue to explore promotional offers and flexible incentives to attract buyers seeking investment opportunities in Kenya’s real estate sector.
