15 lawmakers,Rally Behind Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro for Presidential Bid

Fifteen Members of Parliament (MPs) have expressed their support for Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro to potentially vie for the presidency in 2032, should President William Ruto secure a second term in office.

The lawmakers, hailing from diverse regions across the country, officially endorsed Nyoro during a gathering held at Mumbi Grounds in Murang’a County.

“Let’s rally behind our brother because in the Mount Kenya region, we lack a leader who can effectively guide us; at this moment, that person is Ndindi Nyoro,” remarked Gatundu North MP Elijah Kururia.

In a show of solidarity, Shinyala MP Fred Ikana added, “Please allow Nyoro to traverse the entire country, continue nurturing other leaders, and build friendships as well.”

Nyoro’s endorsement has reportedly caused tension among leaders aligned with Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, who has been working to consolidate support in the region as he aspires to follow in Ruto’s footsteps.
